Once the estimate is generated, the system connects directly to an integrated Sales and Marketing module that allows builders to present available options and upgrades to homebuyers in a clear, structured way.
Customers can make their selections online through a guided selection portal, choosing from a wide range of products, colors, and upgrades for areas such as interior and exterior finishes, kitchens, bathrooms, and flooring. This digital experience simplifies the selection process for buyers while giving builders complete control over available options.
All selections are automatically captured and incorporated into the home’s build configuration in real time. The platform ensures every selected product, color, and upgrade is accurately reflected in the materials list, estimating, and purchasing process.

Automatic Purchase Order Pack Creation
After selections are finalized, the system compiles everything into a complete Purchase Order Pack. This includes a very detailed bill of materials required for construction with quantities and specifications with total cost to build from the real time pricing from Suppliers and Trade Partners.
The purchase order pack becomes the central source of truth for building the home.
Smart and Automated Supplier & Trade Partner Shopping with Real-Time Pricing
Our system allows builders to shop purchase orders across multiple Suppliers and Trade Partners using real-time pricing and availability. Instead of the traditional process of requesting bids, waiting for responses, and manually comparing quotes, the platform instantly identifies a list of the best-matched Suppliers and Trade Partners based on factors such as current pricing and product availability.
This eliminates the need for back-and-forth bidding and removes costly delays in the purchasing process. Once the preferred Suppliers and Trade Partners are selected, purchase orders are sent electronically directly from the system, enabling faster ordering, greater efficiency, and consistently competitive pricing.
By automating supplier selection and order distribution, builders can move from decision to order in minutes instead of days, keeping projects moving without procurement bottlenecks.
Dynamic Construction Scheduling with Mobile Field Management
The system includes a time-tested construction scheduler that is dynamically generated based on the Purchase Order Pack and the specific build configuration for each home.
Superintendents access the schedule through a mobile app designed specifically for field use. Each superintendent is assigned their active jobs and receives a clear view of today’s tasks, such as confirming material deliveries or confirming the start of work for a trade partner or confirm payments.
When these tasks are confirmed in the app, the system automatically updates the schedule and triggers the next set of trade activities, keeping the entire construction timeline moving forward.
